SERVICE POLICIES

GENERAL

Quotations shall include a summary of all projected incidental expenses. In the event that the actual incidental expenses incurred exceed the original quote, the latter shall be deemed as final and shall be included in the final invoice.

Incidental expenses may include the following (but are not limited to): shipping and handling, duty clearances, toll fees, postage and purchases for materials / licenses / additional services required to complete specific projects.

All projects are expected to be done within regular business days. Projects that require work during local statutory holidays shall be billed at the agreed hourly rate + 15% premium.

All services are quoted in US Dollars.

NON-RETAINER SERVICES

Regular services for non-retainer projects are billed at an hourly rate. A minimum of 30 minutes will be charged, and shall be incremented at 10-minute intervals.

A 50% downpayment is required for all projects prior to commencement, with the balance payable upon completion. Rush jobs and additions to the original work shall be billed at the agreed hourly rate + 15% premium charge.

RETAINER SERVICES

Retainer services are available on a month-to-month basis. Fees for retainer services are due at an agreed date by both parties, and shall be in effect until the end of the term. Any additional hours incurred above the retainer agreement shall be billed on the next month or at the end of the retainer period at the same rate as the agreed hourly retainer fee.

Unused hours are non-transferable and non-refundable.
